BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is a technique used to intentionally change the breathing pattern. We call this technique conscious connected breathing and the purpose is to shut down the negative and busy mind. As increased oxygen floods through the body, it releases trapped emotions and stagnant energy that you have been holding onto. During a breathwork session, you’ll learn how to use these breathing methods to control your breath and in turn, begin to control your mind and your life.

WHAT IS THE EXPERIENCE LIKE?
Breathwork sessions are performed by laying down on a yoga mat or any flat surface. Once you’re grounded, we begin the breath sequence for 20-26 minutes while music is played for motivation and relaxation purposes, which also aids in helping release trapped emotions by tapping into the energy and emotion of those particular songs.
You will be guided through the entire process with words of inspiration, verbal cues to bring emotions to the surface, hypnotic suggestions to reprogram the subconscious, and visualizations to create new neural pathways in the brain.
