The full moon is a powerful time for reflection, release, and transformation. As the moon reaches its peak, it illuminates the darkness—both in the sky and within ourselves—bringing to light what has been hidden or repressed. During this activation, we will harness the moon’s energy to explore the shadows, unveiling what is no longer serving us, and gently releasing it.

This sacred time invites us to pause and recognize the old patterns, beliefs, and emotions that have been lingering in the dark. With the full moon’s light shining brightly, we are gifted the clarity to see our path forward and make space for renewal.

Through guided movement, breathwork, and healing sound frequencies, we will honor what needs to be released, opening up to the healing and transformation that awaits.
